QuantumSeraph's Journal, 27 April 2014

The past couple days have been hell.

My mother died early yesterday morning. I never had the best relationship with her, but even so it's still depressing.

I'm probably not making it any easier on myself by going for all this """comfort""" food that's actually making me sick for how much it's screwing up my nutrient balance.

Seems like it's time to start browsing for healthier comfort foods.

Luckily I have plenty of support to make the emotional side easier. The physical issues, though...

Well, it seems I have some work to do.

As if I didn't have enough.

Oh boy.

Even though you may not have been close she was still your mother. You will get through this and come out stronger on the other side. Know that with every good choice it gets easier. Use that strong emotional support to help you with supporting you in other areas.
