I had a bad week, went out to dinner at a french restaurant to celebrate my girlfriend and I's first anniversary, the next night i went out drinking, and then there was a super bowl party. I figured having the weekend off wouldn't hurt, and I would say that it didn't. I may not have lost my goal 2.5lbs (thats what i need to do to reach my goal in time), but I lost a little weight, and I don't mind taking a little longer.
