Good morning team mates. Today I'm doing Yoga & jumping jacks. A few weeks ago I did blurpee into chair pose and for some reason the combination move made my left knee hurt. I've done the moves separately with no problem, but the combination move didn't work. My knee has had an ache every sense & I can't figure out what to do until it stops.
My meals today are Ginger Roger(oatmeal) & tea; Salad and Smoothie for lunch; cabbage soup for snacks; enchilada casserole for dinner.
I'm grateful, that I haven't gained any weight this week and I always (98%) have a healthy breakfast. My goal this year is to consistently eat a healthy lunch and get back to exercising 5xs per week.
