Ok, time to get serious. I'd like to lose about 100 pounds. I'm tired of this overwieght inactive lifestyle. I actually like to run, but I'm so overwieght and out of shape that I can't anymore. Time to start over AGAIN from the bottom and work my way up. I WILL be successful this time!

You can do it!! I am in the same boat as you - I have to lose 100 pounds. I have been working out for 5 weeks now, and I started really slow on the treadmill and have now worked up to running (for 5 minutes and walking the rest). Good luck on your journey!!
