Shoulder and Arms is still probably my favorite of the series so far. I enjoy Kenpo X a lot, but I like the lifting in this one. Pushed myself a bit harder on some by using a larger weight or doing more reps.

Did the chair dips with straight leg this time. It was difficult, but I switched to knees up instead so that I could do a deeper dip.

Did better on ARX this time around. Did more reps and in better form.
