I dont know why I gained this week. I did everything I should as far as points and pretty consistant with normal amounts of exercise. Seems like I keep ending up right around 165 lbs no matter how much I try. I know its better than the 227 I was in 2001 but would really like to get back to 150. Guess all I can do is keep trying.

If you did everything right, then it is most likely not a real gain. It could be from many different things. Have you been eating too much sodium? Have you exerised more? Hormones, medications, stress, etc. So many things effect our weight. Are you eating too many processed type foods? If so, try a week of eating more natural type foods (fruits, veggies, leans meats and dairy). Make sure you are getting in enough protein with each meal. Good luck!
