Didnt weigh tbh - im hoping that the damage i have don over easter was undone slightly but i am giving myself an other week of good diet and exercise before i get on the scales.
173.1 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
