"I am a 22 year old living in Invercargill NZ. I recently realised I was the heaviest I have ever been :( and im sick of being the biggest in a photo or using the excuse that im too tall to buy nice jeans.
My problem is, I do really well the first few weeks of a diet or 'lifestyle change', start to see the difference, decide I can be a little less "restrictive" and all the good work i have done is qucikly ruined. I just have to understand there can be NO CHEATING. To me diets and excercise are awful. Hate is too nice a word.
Im hoping by joining this site i will have a constant reminder that success is attainable and also an incentive to keep going because if i screw it up again, you will all know! So keep acheiving people because to me you are proof it can be done, especially you my bestest 22yr old watermelon,
So I want to be in the reccommended healthy weight range for NZ Females!
Fingers crossed people and good luck!!!"
Wow so I wrote the above in 2010 when I was 124 kg! - I am now 84 and looking to lose my last 10. So much has changed and I feel (and look!) better. I'm much happier in myself and feel in control. I haven't been perfect, I have yoyo'd a bit but hey its the end result right? And boy if I can do it, so can anyone. I'm finding the last 10 the hardest I have been stuck here (well going back and forth) for over a year. But 2014 is my year! Final goal weight here I come!
