My doctor says this is still not aggressive enough of a loss if I’ve been as compliant with my diet as I say, but that I am improving and it’s really making progress on my health issues so I’m very proud of myself for making it a whole month on plan and mostly within my calorie goals. I’m walking more which is good and starting to feel a difference
488.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 333.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.2 lb a week

Keep it up. The body is interesting. Some years ago when I need to lose serious amounts of weight I would lose almost nothing, then all of a sudden lose and lose and go through clothing sizes rapidly. Then slow down again. Regardless of compliance, it is NOT a straight line for all. Keep it up. It is not just weight but better health that comes with it all, too. And walking is the best. You WILL feel better and over time walk more--longer and faster because you can!

I'm with you. Tell the Dr. to get on board. Keep up the good work.

You are making good and genuine progress. It looks like your recent high was 527 on Dec 7 and you are down more than 38 lbs from that which is an aggressive loss in my book. If I were you, I'd reset my start weight to 527 on 12/7/20 and track progress from there. I'd find it discouraging to enter a lower weight and then have FS tell me, every time, lost so far, 0 because it's still using a much lower start weight.Keep the faith and stick with your program. You may not feel like you're winning every battle. But you are winning the war.

I’m confused at your chart. Are you losing, maintaining or gaining? If you are losing then you are all good. If you have gained then not so much and you can do better! It looks like you are at a higher weight than when you started. This is why I am confused. I will NOT AFFIRM your gain, but If you are going down that is good. Your doctor is not trying to hurt your feelings, but rather is interested in you greater good. If you don’t like that, you need to get a doctor that strokes your ego instead of calling you on. Be real with yourself, and decide what is best for you!
