I was headed back in the right direction and then Easter hit. I'm going on break this coming week so I'm a bit nervous being thrown back into a world full of my old habits. I'm thinking I should bring some snacks with me to avoid the temptations. I'm also hoping having all my FS buddies will help keep my mind focused on what I really want - it's not that pizza or that chocolate, it's being happy with myself and healthy.

Good idea with the snacks! I always have an apple in my bag. Funny you mention pizza and chocolate that's exactly what I ate over easter:-( but i'm back on track since two days and hoping to have maintained my weight on fridays weigh in. You'll do great stay strong and enjoy your week at home! If you do have the occasional treat don't beat yourself up it's the long term and overall eating that counts!

Taking your own snacks is a good idea! You can be healthy by making good choices for yourself!

The exercise routine etc, even if light, will guarantee you are "pushed" in the right direction! :)
