Good morning team mates. Today is yoga, push ups, & jumping jacks. Today I will walk to the park to enjoy the sunny day and get in my steps. I'll also begin 28 day challenge exercise and put shopping list together for plan.
My food plan is Ginger Roger & tea; Fruits and Veggie snacks; Smoothie for lunch. I haven't decided on dinner.
I'm grateful that I'm continuing with my exercise & bible study. I'm also happy to have a check in point that keeps health on my mind
