Well, I just broke up with my boyfriend about 2 weeks ago and I am feeling a bit down and confused. Not that I dont think I made the right decision but I am trying to get back to the "happy go lucky me."
Anyway I decided to start losing weight again, through the counting calorie method. Its not that hard, getting used to being restricted again. I threw away all the junk food in my house, and set a goal weight of 132-135 max. I need to start being extremely active once again. My friend gave me al elliptical for Christmas which I love, so being that I have that in home, makes it a little easier to work out, especially when it is so cold here in MN. DREAD going outside. well... there... first journal entry, I feel pretty good?
