Woo Hoo!! After being on a long needed mini vacation last week with dinners and drinks and very little exercise other than walks on the beach and then...Easter when I got back, I actually lost .4 pounds from my last weigh in!!! I was going to wait until Wednesday because I didn't want to see bad numbers on the scale but couldn't wait. So I'm down .4 this week already on the second day. Let's see what tomorrow brings.
