Omg, Every time when I find out I lose some weight then I'll eat too much that day.
Thus my weight keeps going up and down. Today o lost some weight and then next day I'll gain some.
The jogging and walking I do everyday exhausted me, but i can't stop or I'll gain a lot more weight than if I don't.
Maybe I need to stop weighing myself for like three days so I won't be satisfied with just losing a little weight.

Keep working out and consume only 900 calories a day.
Do not weigh in until Sunday.

Only make sure you follow the goals forgive days.

1. Workout at least 30 minutes a day.,
2. drink 1700 ml water per day
3. Vegetables and fruit only for dinner.

Yikes, only 900 calories a day? That's like a hundred calories below what's considered (vaguely) safe. No wonder you're exhausted! Please be careful.

If exercising is making you tired, then your body is telling you that it's not getting the nutrients it needs to fuel your workouts. Consistency is key with weight loss. I wouldn't go below 1000 a day and take a multivitamin. Make sure you get plenty of lean protein and carbs that are low on the glycemic scale. Lean dairy like Greek yogurt (packed with protein), fruit and veggies are also important. Google "why the scale lies" to understand water weight fluctuations. The scale will go up and down for many reasons, so if you weigh daily, its important to understand why the scale goes up and down.
