Here we go again. It's been a long winter, with some health problems leaving me too medicated to move for at least 2 months. I've put on a LOT of weight, and when I stepped on the scale last week and saw the first number be a 2 for the first time in my life, that lit a fire under my butt.
Starting slow, going to restrict my calories and try to get some walking in each day. If I feel like I have extra energy, I'll add a bit of Wii Fit or an aerobics video. Once I don't feel like a whale, and too embarassed to be seen in a bathing suit, I might add swimming a couple times a week, or a dance class or something. We'll see.
Small steps.
