I reached my goal of not gaining weight this past week. I didn't plan to lose any. Between being on vacation, being premenstrual and celebrating my birthday... This week there was lunch with friends at the Cheesecake Factory to celebrate, a lunch at Outback with different friends to celebrate, lunch with my husband and Ruby Tuesday's, lunch with my daughter at Red Lobster, a steak dinner at home with the neighbors and a breakfast at my favorite restaurant. Not to mention cake of course. I tried to make the smartest decisions possible (with a few splurges in between). Hopefully the stress of returning to work tomorrow doesn't put my diet into a tailspin. I have already had co-workers text me to warn me of the stacks of work that have been piling up on my desk.
