Had another wonderful day.
We went to Ihop for a late breakfast and I had their simple and fit omlette. Had a difficult time logging it on the food entry since Ihop's site nutritional information includes the fruit. So I think I over estimated the calories on that.
Drank all my water 64+oz
Took all my vitamins/supplements (been very good for three week about that)
walked for 3.5 miles.
I hope I continue eating healthy

Short term goal is to lose 20 pounds by April 16. I will weigh around 138 pounds.

You're doing fantastic! (keep an eye on things...if you continue to lose, no problem...if not, lose the atkins bars!) you are perhaps one of the ones that can eat them w/ no problems. Love.

Thanks Paula, no I really need to keep an eye on those Atkins bar. It is just so easy to grab a bar instead of making something. But I noticed in the past that they really slow me down and cause constipation. I don't that problem to get worse. I will try to limit my intake on those. Thanks for the reminder.
