So, my week was not the best... last night what seemed like a quick easy dinner cost me 3,500 calories... ick... I need to make better choices today. I need to work on time management and work the gym back into my life. It may help my debbie downer attitude about everything lately... I'm just not happy where I am at in my weight! My own fault no less but, I have a lot of outside stressors to and sometimes just want to get on the first flight out of here and leave it all behind... to bad it would all catch up with me. This week is a super busy week with work, school, clinical so, i had hoped to add exercise at the gym but, i dont see that happening this week. So, i am just going to try and make better food choices this week.
