I've made a point to eat breakfast and add more water to my daily intake. I've also, been making healty food choices since my last post.

So, my week was not the best... last night what seemed like a quick easy dinner cost me 3,500 calories... ick... I need to make better choices today. I need to work on time management and work the gym back into my life. It may help my debbie downer attitude about everything lately... I'm just not happy where I am at in my weight! My own fault no less but, I have a lot of outside stressors to and sometimes just want to get on the first flight out of here and leave it all behind... to bad it would all catch up with me. This week is a super busy week with work, school, clinical so, i had hoped to add exercise at the gym but, i dont see that happening this week. So, i am just going to try and make better food choices this week.

Snow... Snow... Ice... craptastic weather. I made it threw it though yesterday and will do the same today when I leave for work. I have made good choices so far today. I work 2-10 so, I generally eat a larger lunch and then just a slice of meat and cheese for dinner at work because, we dont get a lot of time to eat. Still working on gettting the water intake up and getting the gym. I need to make time somehow between work, school, clinical, and life that just happens. I was on medical leave from work last time I lost weight and had the time to do all of the above. I need to get back at it because, I am starting to have some real back pain issues again that affect my legs and feet. This could also, be due to me working more hours but, when you work for a place you love to hate and its just looking for a reason to get rid of you... you tend to do what and when the say to do what. I've been there going on 8yrs, make top rate, and they are sooo not happy with my school and clinical schedule and i think they want me to choose...between them and school... school will always win but, still cant afford to quit so therefore my life just gets to be more hectic but, i cant be letting me health and weight take the slack. I need motivation apparently....

I recently lost 40lbs... and I have slowly gained back 15 of the 40 and it needs to stop! I am not going to purchase new clothes... I am an emotional stress eater and there is no shortage in that currently in my life. I need to get back to eating good foods and, losing weight.
