Suprisingly I wasnt sore yesterday! Back on track with my workout challenges, today was Day 8.

Core Workout Challenge
50 Crunches(exercise ball)
15 Pushupes
1 Min Plank
30 Sec Side Plank each side
1 Min Bridge
15 Pushups
1 Min Plank
50 Crunches(exercise ball)
1 Min Plank
2 Min Bridge
50 Crunches (exercise ball)

The Challenge
Rest Day

Lunge Challenge
Rest Day

Arms Challenge
8 Tricep Dips
8 Pushups
12 Mountain Climbers

1 Mile on the treadmill 13:30 mins with random hills
