It is very easy to regiment my food intake from Monday through Friday because I spend so many hours at work at a desk. However, the weekends are a different story. All of my family time used to revolve around a meal, and now I am trying to find new ways to just "hang-out". In the past few weeks, we've been skating, bowling, I've walked the nature trails with my bestie, and we did yardwork as a family last weekend. It's all about getting a new mind set!
