Back from the East coast and so happy to be back in the pool, and eating fresh beautiful food again. Winter is rough back there and so is the winter diet. Not much fresh food, and no pools! Joined the Lose 50 Lbs in 12 week challenge! I'm giddy with the possibilities of this. I swim vigorously 30 minutes every morning. I guess I'm going to add that 30 minute walk every night now too. Been talking about it for weeks anyway. Now is the time! No fat old age for me!
