FOUR WEEKS NO SODA!!! YAY ME :)
167.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1198 kcal Fat: 38.93g | Prot: 46.88g | Carb: 163.12g.   Breakfast: General Mills Honey Nut Cheerios, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A). Lunch: Kraft Velveeta Cheese Slices, Land O' Frost Premium Brown Sugar Ham, Sunbeam Texas Giant. Dinner: Colonial Hamburger Buns, Hunt's Manwich Heat & Serve Original Sloppy Joe Sauce with Fully Cooked Ground Beef. Snacks/Other: Frito-Lay Funyuns Onion Flavored Rings, Austin Cheese Crackers with Peanut Butter (39g), Great Value Cashew Halves and Pieces, Yoplait Light Fat Free Yogurt - Harvest Peach, Crystal Light Energy Citrus Flavor. more...

I can't drink soda now that it has been so long. it makes me bloated and for some reason I can't burp either
