Well there you go, I've reached target 2!!!!! Amazing, thats 23 pounds in four months (give or take a day or two), astonishing. Its been hard work but when I look back you know it wasn't impossible (obviously)I have managed to have a life and eat chocolate. Just exercis lots!!

In recent weeks and days I have really felt like it was all coming to an end, and I was going to give up, but you know I don't think I will I'll moan about it here on my journal but I really intend to get to 167 so I can say that I weigh less than 12 st.
