Had a great hour walk last night! and due to some locked gates at work was forced to do a 20 minute walk around our buliding at work this morning too! I guess that works out well for me! I chickened out this morning and didn't weigh in... I will tomorrow morning. I havet oface the music sooner or later! Happy Friday all!!!
