Day 3- taking it light today. On Day 1 Pedi= 7.32 miles, Day 2 Pedi= 9.14 miles, leggs were swollen last night, hot bath with epson salt to releave the pain. Feel much better today, checked Pedi only at 1 miles as of 0900, have to pump that up by walking today- no running today. Playing Golf on Saturday so need to have some leggs and back to hit the ball. Run starts back up tomorrow. Must get Pedi up to at least 6 miles if at all possible for today- although exersise is a break from the running for the day, the calorie counting stays the same!!! Committed to the cause!!
