No exercise per-say today- set up office, drove to work to be able to leave early to watch NCAA Championship Game.

Day 4- got in a 25 min run before the rain started coming down hard!!!

Really want to weigh-in, already belt taken to next smaller hole :)
Fatsecret says not to weigh-in until 14 April, so that's when I will.
Got in my Garcinia Cambogia Select last night- 1 pill taken before dinner last night, one pill taken before lunch today!!!

Day 3- taking it light today. On Day 1 Pedi= 7.32 miles, Day 2 Pedi= 9.14 miles, leggs were swollen last night, hot bath with epson salt to releave the pain. Feel much better today, checked Pedi only at 1 miles as of 0900, have to pump that up by walking today- no running today. Playing Golf on Saturday so need to have some leggs and back to hit the ball. Run starts back up tomorrow. Must get Pedi up to at least 6 miles if at all possible for today- although exersise is a break from the running for the day, the calorie counting stays the same!!!

DAY 2-
Feels good to start exercising again. Yesterday added 5 trips up and down the stairs while awaiting the train.
Today, Ran longer, walked less but when walking-pumped up the volume. Took before pictures last night to help when motivation gets low. Current time is 11:50- breakfast, 1 snack, and lunch already down along with a 2.61 mile (Run/Walk)- and only sitting at 23% RDI :) back is still stiff, wife thinks from moving the fish tank for cleaning, I think it's from the weight, either way, committed to the cause!!!
