I've decided no on-purpose treadmill workouts on weekends. Saturday and Sunday will be my rest days. But today I will get some exercise because I intend to use the beautiful, warm weather to rake the front and back yards and get rid of all the dead stuff the melting snow has revealed. And later on, after a rest, I'll walk to the grocery store and pick up some meatballs and mushrooms, and a weekly flyer to prepare for tomorrow's grocery shopping. Ah, warm weather is our friend! Looking forward to today and all the sunshine it will bring!!
