So I started with Herbalife on Monday...currently i'm weighing 96.5kg...how the fuck did i gain so much weight!? My goal weight is 70kg. I need to lose 26,5kg... Baby steps will get me there, one day at a time..
My goal for next week is to lose 1kg ... i need to be 95kg on Monday.
Fitwatch says if I keep at it, I will reach my goal weight by 1 December 2014.
Yoh...that's a far way from fitting into my jeans...but just in time for bikini season.
I really want to fit into my jeans this winter...I'm 2 months away from winter...I'd need to lose 10 kg's before June though...
