Whoohoo, 5 lbs gone in 5 days, but that's not really news because I always seem to lose weight easily at first. I figure it's all the newest flab going away but not the long-term stuff that has really 'settled in' over the past couple of years as I've gotten older. I love my treadmill because it has 32 different programs on it and I can at least choose a different program as I get bored and I need some excitement to stay motivated. If that happens, I'll probably add some weights to the treadmill and do curls and shoulder work while I walk.
