So I have figured out that keeping any kind of journal is just not for me. I have tried to be diligent, however I have failed miserably. I have been working out at least 5 days a week and I have been eating smaller food portions. I found a good work out partner in my 14 year old daughter. We have been kickin' it up with turbo Kick or Chalean Extreme. It is the most enjoyable to have to push her and then have her push me. We have really created a good system. another thing I have been trying is a tracking sheet that I made for both her and I so we can mark down the days that we have worked out. I know that its just a piece of paper, but when I look at back at the previous week and I see all the check marks I sure feel really good about myself!!
