Ok so weight training is the key AND eating CLEAN~ I have to eat more instead of less but of the right things. I found this GREAT recipe for EGGWHITE Poppers here. Perfect for a snack or even a meal. I made it with lime jello to give it some taste. (sugar free) and then i just put it in a baggie and it's a perfect protein snack. I just wish the weight loss would be a bit quicker..lol but i am gaining muscle and losing Fat and eventually the scale will reflect.
