Ok so tomorrow is my birthday BUT I've been celebrating since Friday with "YOU GUESSED IT" FOOD!!! Been so afraid to confront the scale so I have been avoiding it. I have still been working out but I don't think any of that matters I can feel the fat is back. So my game plan is I'm not going out for my birthday to eat. I am going to the Michael Jackson Immortal Tour Show so that should be enough. And I will continue to exercise like Ive been doing but eating waaayyyyyyyyy less to catch up . I've been succeeding this whole time then had a 4 day slip up! I'm not too mad. I did lose 39 pounds in 4 months with only 25 more to go. I'm proud. I'm human.... A proud human!!!

You celebrated. Taking a break is part of life. It was fun! Now you can get back and start losing again. Happy Birthday!

You'll be fine, these celebrations are just something we have to work into our overall healthy lifestyle, & not worry too much about them. Just keep doing your best, & it will all even out. It's when we beat ourselves up over occasional indulging, whatever the reason, that it can lead to defeat. You already have your game plan going, so YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL! YAY 4 YOU!

Happy Belated Birth Day i PRAY IT WAS A GREAT ONE funny think is I had a BD March 21 and it lasted over 3 weeks kid ya none any who I eat out fried shrimp key lime pie and another day more fried shrimp then went to Silver dollar city and treated and still lost a lb when I give myself permission to eat a high cal high Fat which on my Atkins diet I can have fat its the sugar anywho I just eat more veg the next day either cold salads or hot veg with butter & cheeses <3 be happy Missy your doing fine <3
