Yesterday was a bad day. The words "when you cheat on your diet, you cheat yourself" ring through my head. It is really hard to stay on track though when it is this cold. We got to -39 degrees last night, and it is only going to get colder this week (as cold as 50 below). I'm going to go to the YMCA for 2 hours today to stay warm, and to make up for yesterday. I want to get back to 12500 steps, 64oz of water, and between 1300-1500 calories a day. It sucks that the less I weigh, the less I can eat to keep loosing. I only got around 7500 steps in yesterday, and 32oz of water....though I did drink 3 cups of hot tea (anything to stay warm).

My husband has started the same thing others have in my life at this stage of my weight loss. "You look fine" "You don't need to loose anymore" and other such comments. Where as they were rooting me on 10 lbs before. I am at a normal weight I know, but I don't look my best yet. 10-15 more lbs off and I will be very happy. I'm not going crazy. I've been too skinny before, when sick, and have no desire to get there again. A flat belly is all I want really!
