I satisfied my craving for spaghetti with mushroom and meat sauce, so I ate that for lunch. Followed by a 23 mile bike ride, Caesar salad with grilled shrimp for dinner... still...... a good day!
171.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
