Kenna Morton's Journal, 13 April 2021

Four of us for dinner tonight so I made a really good yellow cake with chocolate buttercream frosting. It is a 6 inch cake. Just enough for 4 good sized servings or 6 portion controlled slices. Most of my baking pans are in the garage on the storage racks. All I have in the house is my Minnie cake and pie and bread and cupcake and brownie pans. One night’s worth of dessert , maybe 2, and it’s gone. No leftovers to nibble on for days.
