Well, today is day 1. I did a 20min workout using Wii Fit and now im going to do some domestic house duties. I haven't walked for a while so will be doing that later today. My breakfast will be fruit, Organic low fat natural yoghurt, All Bran and Organic Raw Muesli. Lunch is Chicken Breast with Salad and dinner Stir Fry with lots of Veg and Organic Noodles. Will be drinking Lots of water and snacks are Fruit, Veg with a bit of Hommus.
