I changed to a vegan lifestyle in October 2009. I lost weight straight away ... mostly toxins, water and fat around my face, arms, neck and stomach. It wasn't until I change my intake of food to mostly raw in October 2010 that the weight started to really drop off.
I'm feeling stronger in every way. I know I can do this. It's much easier for me to stay focussed.

Today is day 1 of not smoking. So far it's ok, on the easy side. Joined the gym today, got measurements and off I go.

Well, today is day 1. I did a 20min workout using Wii Fit and now im going to do some domestic house duties. I haven't walked for a while so will be doing that later today. My breakfast will be fruit, Organic low fat natural yoghurt, All Bran and Organic Raw Muesli. Lunch is Chicken Breast with Salad and dinner Stir Fry with lots of Veg and Organic Noodles. Will be drinking Lots of water and snacks are Fruit, Veg with a bit of Hommus.
