Started feeling pretty crap yesterday afternoon with a few sneezes turning into a full blown cold, or man flu as i like to put it!
This morning mum came and got the baby as normal but i decided to stay off work and lounge at home as I'm feeling really crappy.

I wonder if its because I've been taking less vitamins and food and my immune system has been low due to dieting? I very rarely get ill, even little colds. I might get some supplements to help up my vits. My lips have also been so dry lately even though I'm drinking plenty of water so I'm guessing that's something to do with something i am missing in my diet... i might have to google it!

As much as i'm craving biscuits and cake feeling sorry for myself we have none at home so i'm eating well so far!
