These last pounds are tough!!! I've been eating well. Started the 3rd month of p90x3. I've lost inches but not exactly the weight I was hoping for. Will keep at it. Have to keep at it. My 7 year anniversary is April 20th. Hoping for at least 3 pounds by then.
136.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Inches lost is also an indication of weight loss success. It's actually more important than the scale because the scale also shows water loss, and you can be at goal weight and still carry too much unhealthy fat. Of course, this doesn't help with the scale, lol! Doesn't it suck we can place so much importance and our emotions on a dang piece of metal. You might need to be strict with the diet to get those last pounds off. Track every bite, lick and taste. Drink your water. Green tea is supposed to help with fat loss. Up your protein and fiber. A food scale, measuring cups and spoons are great tools. We tend to overeat when we "eyeball" food. Good luck and don't give up.
