Getting discouraged. I feel like I'm doing pretty well at following the diet plan, but the weight isn't coming off as fast as it has before and I keep stalling out. I completely stopped eating Atkins bars and sugar free sweets. I decreased my exercise because the book says you shouldn't exercise during induction. I'm trying to get in as much fat as possible and increased my water intake by lot! Any advice? Where am I going wrong?

Low carb is doing good for me. Lost about 4kgs in a month. Keep it up and don't get discouraged by not getting quick results.

You have lost 7 pounds in two weeks!! You need to keep your expectations realistic. People would kill for that rate of weight loss. After a couple of weeks, most people tend to lose a pound or two a week after that. It may be more some weeks and less others. Some weeks you stay the same and some you gain. It's all a part of the journey. Every time you restart weight loss, it will be different from the time before. You are doing great! You keep going and you will be at goal before you know it.
