New resolution: Get back to 130lbs before summer 2011. There is so much to say that it's too much and I don't want to talk about everything I've been thru. I simply want to be at a healthy weight again and do exercise & diet combined. Life can throw you here and there in no time... so let's keep up this motivation and get things fixed before they get out of control completely.

I need to calculate everything but I think that for the whole month of February I will be eating around 1000kcal and will give myself about 200kcal extra for the weekends to survive all this and make it!

These are big word and I better be ready, it all starts tomorrow!
I am excited... a lot! And I am also very scared to fail as my motivation is not up the way it was a year ago when I did my big change. I will also put up a new picture of myself now... some people don't notice that I've gained so much, but I do, my boyfriend does and my clothes are tighter and there is some love handles and similar things that I don't like to see! So... good luck myself.

Hi Mirej! It's good to hear from you. Life is not always fair, or easy. But you have a great attitude and I'm sure you will reach your goal in time. There are a couple of fun challenges coming, if you want to join. ANd you know you can count on my support ;-)

Thank you Anne... you've always been one of my motivators along with Info and a few others! I really appreciate your reply and support. Love ya girl and send me the invites to those challenges and I will see if I am ready for them at this point. Hugs to you my dear. How is everything on your end? I just joined a "100 pushups in 6 weeks" challenge. It's starting tomorrow, I will try (I don't know how to do) to send you the invite. Molly is preparing a challenge like we had last year, "Hell Challenge". No starting date yet. On my end, I had a terrible fall and beginning of winter, but now the days are getting longer I'm feeling better! Big hugs to you Mimi!

Sorry to hear that, we all have trouble to deal with sometimes in life. Glad to hear you're better now. These challenges are too hard for me to re-start like that so I will do my 1000kcal a day and try to combine this with some moderate exercising. I might join some challenges later.

I'm in the same boat you are...had something happen and had to start almost all over again, but I know we can both be down to our goal weights by summer :)

I agree the last thing you want is to put too much pressure or get injured. It's better to take it easy and make sure you keep things under control. 1000 cals is pretty low, you're not scared to run out of energy?

I have done this before! I will juggle between 1000-1200kcal and i did check on my reference website that for an extreme fat loss for my age, sex and weight I can go as low as 1152kcal... so I can go a little less some days and a little more on other days to keep it somewhat in the middle and still get a loss. :) No worries.

I love the new picture mirej. Once you have decided, I know that you will stick to your program and lose the weight quite easily. 1000 calories sounds a bit tight to me but, if you think you can do it, you can do it! Good Luck buddy!

Thanks info... so far I'm sticking to my 1152kcal... but if I can go lower I will... 1000 does sound scary and I don't want to get myself sick. Thanks for your post my friend!
