Happy Sunday. I am doing well. The weather is cold but not brutal and someone said 40* F next week, which after all the snow and cold will be a good thaw. I hope to get out and walk again this evening, I just need to be cautious about ice on the sidewalks. I'm eating more fruits and vegetables and that will decrease - and has - any sugar I might want on occasion, it's best to skip it...

Evening Glenn, it got up to 57 today awhole 6 degrees above what was predicted. So I am happy. Really enjoyed to sun and warmth..Helped my morale.

glad to hear your able to get out an take a walk, that helps from getting the inside blues...wont be long until spring will be here an then more days to get out an take toto walking ...im sure toto is ready for the workouts as well...have a great one...
