Wow another 400 grams!!! I waited for over an hour between weighins just to check LOL. I have been eating less carbs and I dunno if that is helping or not, but I do want to buy some chia seeds today and I would need to do net carbs to be able to eat those LOL.
Off to donate blood today, then have a thyroid blood test... then off to buy some chia seeds hopefully! Then ma in law is coming around with her Dutch brother for a roast chicken dinner.

Well, look at you go! We had chicken for lunch - our getting-to-be-usual Sunday lunch. Enjoy the family and make sure they don't take too much blood! (The donation people, that is....not the family members! LOL! Well, I guess the family members shouldn't take too much blood either!!!)

Thanks Raven! Umm I make them into a gel for smoothies or just eat them raw so far. I need to find other ideas for them though.
