I joined weight watchers yesterday and my sister did too . We are going to do it together even though we don't live near each other. She needs to lose at least 20 lbs and I'd love to lose at least 30.
My birthday is June 3rd, which is 10 weeks away, and my goal is to be at 130 lbs and in a size 8 pant.
Today I did Turbo Fire 55 and 10 minutes of stretching. I also have my dance class tonight, so will get a bit more workout in. Starting to feel good and motivated!
