Hey everyone, today I have to vent some.My best friend asked me to ride with her to Hampton,Va. this morning and she wanted to leave by 8am. Cool no problem, I get to her house and find her still sleeping,but in her defense, she was extremely ill (like have the trash can beside her ill)I felt so bad for her because I didn't know what to do.
I came home made some breakfast, starting watching my recorded shows from last night.Just finished eating lunch, and do you think I even want to think about going to the gym NO.
I feel like I am starting to get burnt out from the gym but I know I need to keep going.I started doing a new machine for my start up,but then i go right to the row machine and do my 6 miles. Getting tired, anyone have any suggestions?? please I am open to hear it all

Try doing something fun like bike riding, long hikes, racquetball, tennis, body weight resistance, yoga, etc. Anything to change up the routine. Works for me.

Try doing a zumba class or even just talk a walk

Can you listen to music or an audio book when you work out? Makes the time go so much faster for me!

Maybe the days you don't want to go try a different option. Tiday I have no energy to bike, so I'm looking through fitness videos as we speak (type?). Hope it gets better soon!
