Jane Robbin's Journal, 24 March 2014

I caught a bug of some kind, and have kept off the water weight. I do not want to lose muscle during this sickness. I have been drinking everything with Vitamin C I could find. It seems to be doing it's job. I have not lost any weight yet, so I am glad. I will eat or drink enough calories today that my body requires. Your body burns muscle before fat is that correct? I am looking forward to the challenge next week. It is amazing how the sodium in our food effects our weight.

I hope you feel better soon. I know my body is burning muscle after I work out and I smell that "alcohol" smell.
