I kinda had some faulty days. I am an emo eater. But the good news is I was up to 231--so I've actually lost. I have to do better at doing weigh ins==I dread them. up and down up and down. I just need to stop getting out of control--I can actually see what happened with my food diary too!
229.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 94.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
