A night of unmetered low-carb feasting. Made the ice cream, subbing whey protein powder for half the Splenda, and adding strawberries. Forgot the Xan/Guar gums, though, so it came out a bit icy. Cut up and baked a chicken, w/cauliflower-rice + a killer salad for the family. Gave everyone miracle fruit, and watched the kids run around sucking on lemons :) Had 3 or 4 out-of-season strawberries that tasted absolutely heavenly, and a few slices of not-quite-ripe kiwi that were simply amazing. Everyone should try miracle fruit.
