This is AWFUL. I need to snap out of it. I'm trying to think of this as a motivational thing instead of a self sabotaging thing. This is the highest not pregnant I've been in 5 or 6 years? This isn't ok. I don't move at all. Cardio: 15 minutes minimum. I know that's not even the recommended minimum but I have to get up and move. Anything over that will prove I am really ready to do something instead of just flapping my flabby jowls. Eww. Eww. Eww.
